Dining Services Director

Location: Amarillo, TX

The Legacy at Town Square is an 84-resident Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Amarillo, Texas. We are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy independence, meaningful connections, and personalized support tailored to their individual needs.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dining Services Director to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our residents. Requirements of the Dining Services Director Position:

  • CDM (Certified Dietary Manager Certification) preferred
  • SERV-SAFE Certified
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on nutrition and presentation.
  • Experience in Senior Living industry preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for not only internal staff but all residents & family.
  • Passionate with strong leadership skills desired, self-directed, and reliable with a great attitude.
  • The Dining Services Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Dining Services Department
  • Prepares food items ad serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame
  • Follows menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions
  • May be required to act as lead Chef up to 3 days per week
