Regional Director of Sales - Independent Living

*Regional Sales Director experience in Senior Living required

We are seeking an experienced result-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on coaching teams, developing market strategies, and driving census growth while fostering a culture of excellence. Regional leadership in the Independent Living Sales sector is required.

Highlights of the Regional Director of Sales Position:

  • Bachler's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field
  • Proven success in sales management and leadership with exceptional customer service skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience In Senior Living
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Above average presentation skills including interactions with managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
