Highlights of the Director of Housekeeping Position:

• Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality and a home-like environment for Residents
• Trains Associates on the systems, equipment use, housekeeping and cleaning standards to include chemical usage.
• Implements cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments, laundry, kitchen and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks
• Performs housekeeping tasks and laundry services when needed
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
